Depending on the package you booked, all 4-hour and longer packages include transportation from surgery. Our packages are tailored to fit individual needs, ensuring a high standard of nursing care. Services include light housekeeping, prescription pickup, bathing, grooming, medication monitoring, prescribed treatments, dressing changes, wound care, and assistance with meals, snacks, and beverages.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
I don’t see a package for hours that fits my needs, can I create my own?
Absolutely! We can tailor a package to fit your needs, just give us a call.
Are the nurses licensed?
Yes, all of our nurses are fully licensed and undergo an extensive background screening.
How far in advance do I need to book my aftercare package?
We book up pretty quickly, so scheduling as soon as possible is advised.
Do the nurses sleep?
No, they do not sleep during their shifts. For 24-hour care, we schedule two 12-hour shifts. We also bring wireless call bells in case you prefer not to have a nurse directly at your bedside. No need to worry about meals/food for the nurses- we are only focused on your needs and safety.
